Elote is Missoula's newest and only nod to Southern Oaxacan cuisine.  With chef Fila, a native Oaxacan at the helm - Elote blends a bit of Tex Mex (for those of us that prefer a little less spice) with authentic Southern Oaxacan for a delicious experience no matter your spice comfort level.  Obviously, the Elote (Mexican street corn) is a hit, but so are the steak fajitas and the traditional queso.  Every hand made tortilla is crafted with 300 year old heirloom flour - so no GMO, no HFCS, no additives - just a pure, unadulterated flour tortilla, just like 300 years ago!
